We think that he is speaking Japanese, with a little bit of French thrown in for good measure. Anyways, the performance took place at LeWeb, in part to promote our iPhone app Who’s Free. All sorts of technology gurus were at the world-class event. Here’s a photo of Jeff Clavier being interviewed while JD’s YouTube video was playing!
You can get Who’s Free from the Apple iTunes Store. As the name might suggest, it allows you and your Facebook friends to meet up whenever they have free time! It’s really an awesome app, and we’d love for you to try it out.
The BBC has done their own little wrap-up of the LeWeb conference in Paris last week, and guess what? We get a mention & a bit of air-time ! It looks like our efforts getting Who’s Free out there seems to be working.

In this cool segment Crowley, among others, talks about mobile mash-ups with social media. If you’re watching closely, you just might see a special someone with a Who’s Free tee on (maybe at around 2:47, but who’s counting). So pay attention!

Foursquare is a very popular iPhone app, and we’re looking to provide the same level of awesome usefulness but with a uniquely different real life value add.

This year’s Le Web is going to be an exciting event for all involved. Known as Europe’s #1 internet event, this conference will be a fun-filled, education experience for all involved. Speakers include Google’s Marissa Meyer, TechCrunch’s Michael Arrington and foursquare’s Dennis Crowley. Top tech media personalities such as Robert Scoble, Ryan Block and Leo Leporte will also hold talks and Q&A sessions.
The conference features speakers such as this as well as intriguing breakout sessions covering hot tech topics such as social media, microblogging and venture capital. World-renowned DJ Bob Sinclair is even slated to perform at the Wall Street Journal Europe LeWeb Party.
We’re excited because we’ll also be attending and meeting up with people all across the technology industry.
LeWeb is being held December 8 and 9 in Paris, and is a place to network about the emerging trends in technology and entrepreneurship. We’re excited to be taking part of the event, and we plan on using LeWeb to launch our newest product, an iPhone app that’s called Who’s Free. We’ll also be blogging and post media such as photos and video of top people in the technology world today.
