Who’s Free Challenge: Day 2 – ESCAPE!

December 14th, 2010 by admin admin

After a restless sleep and a long day prowling around the office, we finally are receiving more feedback on our Who’s Free app! That’s great news for JD, since he can finally be rewarded and be allowed outside for the first time in days.

That’s right, JD was let out of his cage and let loose upon the world to play in the snow, get some dinner and grab a quick beer. And all thanks to you guys sending in some great feedback about our app.

Day 2 reward 224x300 Whos Free Challenge: Day 2 ESCAPE!

Now, the job doesn’t stop now. JD is safely tucked back in the meebeeland den and he really needs to be let out again on Wednesday. So, all of you get cracking!

1 – Get the app: Who’s Free

2 – Use it with your friends.

3 – ‘Like’ and post your feedback on our Facebook page:

Only then can we reward JD, with some food, maybe a blanket or, like today, some time outside!

Oh, and check out the latest video of JD being allowed out thanks to your feedback:

Pain in the A Q&A: At SXSW with Venmo

April 20th, 2010 by admin admin

And we’re back…with another edition of our “Pain in the A Q&A.” Two editions, actually. One is with Jameel from Venmo.com, which you can find below from SXSW. Venmo allows people to send money via a mobile platform, and has cool colorful shirts. They also chat about the pains of making meetings, but how meebee.com can take that pain away and give you more time to do fun stuff!

The second video is another interview at SXSW, but all in Japanese! Yup, JD flexes his languages skills (he used to live in Japan as a media juggernaut).

Pain in the A Q&A: At SXSW with Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh

March 15th, 2010 by admin admin
meebee CEO JD caught up with Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh at the South By Southwest festival (SXSW). They rap aboout the best of the buzzing festival so far, such as the Delivering Happiness Book Bus that is party-hoping around Austin and spreading the good word of Hsieh’s new book, “Delivering Happiness.” Hsieh breaksdown all that he learned in business, “from the lemonaide stand to LinkExchange to Zappos,” plus how the science of happiness can be applied to business.
They also hash over the annoying back and forth of texting and email, and how meebee.com can help alleviate that wasted time and energy.
